On the second floor of a building located on Calle Barcelona in Madrid and with an eclectic-modern style, this amazing apartment is perfect for a couple or group of 4 people looking for a space in the center to discover the charms of the city with a privileged location.

Its balcony gives natural light to the house that has a perfect combination of colors in its decoration to make it even more cozy. The space is at the same time elegant and comfortable.

The concept of the house was conceived as an open space with living / dining room and kitchen all together. The living room has an elegant beige sofa bed with space for 3 people. The circular blue armchair gives personality to the room, and contrasts perfectly with the exposed brick wall at the end. The dining room introduces a dining table with space and seating for 4 people and a designer lamp that falls from the ceiling. Next to these two areas, you can find the kitchen in white and spotless color that contains everything you may need during your stay.

The bedroom has been designed in gray and green colors and also has a large closet to store your clothes and belongings during your stay. Just in front of the bedroom you can find the bathroom, with a micro-cement shower tray that gives a touch of cleanliness to the view by the continuity of the material between floor and walls.

IMPORTANT: We remind you that the established check-in hours are from 16:00 pm (4 pm) to 20:00 pm (8 pm). For arrivals outside these hours, please contact us, we will do everything in our power to make your arrival as comfortable as possible.
