Finally, the property has a toilet located at the entrance and an additional bathroom for more independence, as well as a utility room for cleaning utensils and laundry room.

NOTE: The air conditioning works in the living room and kitchen area. As well as the first two bedrooms. The other two bedrooms have portable fans.
